Current Investment Requirements

Producers are seeking an initial pre-production investment of $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 to cover previously incurred expenses, acquisition of a minority insider's holdings pursuant to option agreement and subsequent operation and overhead expenses (not salaries).  Based upon the foregoing potential revenue generated by the RIN TIN TIN film, branding, licensing, merchandising and gaming elements, generally accepted industry valuation practices and recognition of inherent risks, producers conservatively value the current entire RIN TIN TIN Venture at approximately $36 Million, or $360,000 per point.  To incentivize a single investor, however, Producers are willing to assign to a single investor a Ten per cent (10%) interest in the RIN TIN TIN film, branding, licensing, merchandising and gaming venture and all future exploitation of the RIN TIN TIN IP for an investment of $3,000,000.
